Wage: Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $19.57/hr based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
- Flexible start times between 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM on 8, 9, or 10-hour workdays.
- Punctuality is crucial; arrivals after 7:00 AM will be marked as late.
- Anticipate a consistent workweek of 40-50 hours.

Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as an essential Control Panel Technician, where your efforts in building intricate electrical control panels will directly impact the water and wastewater industry. Your craftsmanship ensures the efficient movement of water to cities, municipalities, and homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and wire control panels following blueprints, schematics, and the bill of materials provided.
- Ensure custom panels are crafted to meet specific customer requirements as instructed by the team leader.
- Confirm timely shipment of Custom Panel products aligned with customer expectations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of work for errors prior to Quality Control testing.
- Offer documentation and solutions for any discrepancies or process improvements identified during assembly.
- Engage proactively in process improvements and implement cost-reduction strategies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and working from blueprints and schematics is mandatory.
- Proficiency in electrical theory, measurement skills, and light metal fabrication.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds independently.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate.
