Seasonal – runs through October/November

  • Location: Rushville, IN 46173.
  • Pay Rate: $15.89 per hour. Paid weekly.
  • Shift: 1st shift. Approximately 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. 6 days a week, which could include Sundays. Site tries to schedule same day off each week.
  • Air-conditioned facility.
  • Eligible for a $500 end-of-harvest attendance bonus.
  • Closed-toe shoes OK (steel toe not needed). Stool for sitting is provided.
 
What's a typical day as a Corn Sorter?
  • Monitor corn on the cob as it comes down a conveyor belt to ensure quality control.
  • Sort corn based on quality, size, and husk removal needs.
  • Identifying defects and removing defective products from conveyor belts for proper routing.
