Job Details:
Pay rate: $18/hrs. On W2
Job Duration: 3+ Month (Temp to Hire)
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon to Fri)
Note: This role supports various clients across multiple locations in the Orlando, FL area.
There is no main address, but all sites are within the Orlando region.
Typical hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, but schedule flexibility is required.
Some sites may open as early as 6 AM or close as late as 7 PM or later.
Weekend shifts may also be necessary depending on the location.
Job Description:
This position will support multiple law offices in the area.
Administrative duties will include calendar management, mail room tasks, print room tasks, and hospitality services.
The hiring manager is looking for a candidate who is detailed-oriented, personable, and polished.
Legal/hospitality experience a plus.
There won't be any extensive lifting, standing or walking, however, lifting up to 25lbs may be required.
The candidate will have the opportunity to become permanent with client after 320 hours worked if they are successful in their role.
The clients supported by this role vary and the position covers multiple locations
Qualifications:
Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
Post High School education encouraged and preferred.
Could be required to move locations in one day should the business require it.
Also, ability to cover accounts between 40-50 miles.
May require valid, violation-free driver's license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per client policy.
Requires intermediate skill level on most common software applications including file folder management and navigating to network production folders.
Must maintain and accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner following proper coding requirements.
