Customer Service Associate – Salem and Portsmouth, NH

Location: Salem, NH and Portsmouth, NH 
Salary: Base pay up to $16.00/hr ($17.00/hr if bilingual) | On average, earn between $22.00 - $27.00 per hour with bonuses (Experienced Associates can earn over $30.00/hr) 
Bonus: $600 Welcome Bonus- ask for more details 
 

Position Overview: 

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for all shifts at our Salem and Portsmouth, NH locations!

No experience is required—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. We provide a 2-week paid training program to set you up for success right away.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally 
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements 
• Identify and resolve disputes quickly 
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws (e.g., FDCPA, UDAAP) 
• Promote effective working relationships with your team 
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your supervisor 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 1+ year in a customer service position preferred 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) 
• Typing skills (35 wpm) 
• Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus 
• Ability to adapt to feedback and embrace continuous improvement.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule on site 

Education Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required
