Description

Kelly is now hiring a Customer Service Clerk in a Jessup MD Distribution Center.

- Pay Rate: Starting at $18/hr
- Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls, address store inquiries, and log complaints regarding shipping, forwarding them to the appropriate department.
- Notify store department managers of any issues such as mis-shipped pallets.
- Review original shipping documents and cross-check with the invoice and warehouse management systems.
- Navigate through the Transportation Dispatch program and Yard Management System to locate mis-loaded or mis-delivered pallets.
- Coordinate requests for store returns and store-to-store transfers with the Transportation Department.
- Communicate with the Warehouse Management Team for physical checks of products in the warehouse.
- Utilize resources from the Asset Protection Department for additional follow-up at the store level.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven over-the-phone customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and dispatch programs is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required, as the location is not accessible via public transport.
