An industry-leading food delivery tech company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join their team!
 

Location: Remote -  Anywhere in theUSA

Contract Duration: 2 months (possible extension)

Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier

Hours: Must have flexibility to work flexible hours within your time zone (including weekends).  Shifts rotate weekly, and candidates should expect to work 40 – 60 hours per week.

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr

MUST be:  Fluent English and Spanish speaker.


JOB SUMMARY
Join a small, high-performing team to launch a new white glove grocery delivery service. This role is focused on Live Operations and is all about ensuring a flawless experience by maintaining a 0% error rate. You'll be the first line of defense, proactively communicating with delivery drivers and troubleshooting issues to provide world-class service.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out to drivers to set clear expectations and instructions.

  • Address ad-hoc issues with empathy and urgency.

  • Develop a deep expertise in our new product, systems, and tools.

  • Identify trends to improve processes and workflows.

 

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role (tech, hospitality, or grocery preferred).

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

  • A natural problem-solver who can work independently and find creative solutions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Above-average tech-savviness, including proficiency with Google Sheets.
     

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Slack, Atlassian, or Salesforce.

  • Previous experience in the grocery or convenience sector.
