Kelly® is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with the Spare Parts Team at a premier client in Farmington, CT. Let us help you grow at work and discover the next step in your career, all while being a vital part of your community.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
First month onsite Monday-Friday, moves to hyrid/remote after training

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and establishing a positive rapport with internal and external customers
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the proper tools/methods
• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Entering quotes, orders, and processing customer requests in an accurate, prompt, and professional manner
• Utilizing SAP and other systems to process internal and external customer requests
• Meeting customer service targets, such as order entry
• Working with other internal departments as needed
• Handling miscellaneous administrative duties as they become necessary
• Working hours vary; Call Center open 7am-7pm

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have previous customer service experience
• Have experience with accurate data entry
• Possess excellent communication skills and can interact patiently and diplomatically with customers
• Are quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Are available to work weekends, nights, and some holidays
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or other CRM systems
• Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
