Pay rate: $20 -$22.75 per hour

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:
• Assisting dealers with inquiries related to the new e-commerce portal, including login issues and troubleshooting.
• Verifying back-end data in the Salesforce system to ensure accurate information is provided to dealers.
• Collaborating with the IT department to address any necessary changes or updates to the e-commerce platform.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience using Salesforce and are comfortable navigating various software applications.
• Possess strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Are available to work onsite in Valley City, Ohio for training then transition to working remotely and can commit to a temporary position for approximately 2-4 months.
