                                        Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team at as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will proactively manage timelines for material setup, respond to customer inquiries, and facilitate order processing, all while fostering strong relationships with our clients. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Neenah, WI
- Pay Rate: $18/$20/HR
- Shift: 7:30AM to 4:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely customer-specific material setup and manage proofing and material validation timelines.
- Process material specification changes and submit project changes through internal systems.
- Manage order entry and proactively monitor order timelines for assigned accounts.
- Advise stakeholders of potential lead time challenges on open projects and orders.
- Address customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Support pricing requests and monitor product inventory for availability.
- Prepare purchase orders for outside materials and review required business reports.
- Assist in leveling the team's overall workload and share best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and demonstrate knowledge of Menasha's products.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Preferred experience in the display, graphic, and/or contract packaging industry.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
- Ability to design and implement effective CRM business processes.
- Strong knowledge of customer support functions and effective communication strategies.
