Summary of Responsibilities:  

Responsible for managing and planning the customer order process from entry to delivery, ensuring on-time shipments, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. This role involves order processing in the ERP system, proactive communication with customers, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate product and inventory records. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly into the company ERP system. 

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to handle orders, inquiries, and follow-ups. 

  • Proactively update customers on changes, delays, and other important information. 

  • Collaborate with scheduling, production, and shipping teams to ensure on-time deliveries. 

  • Coordinate with other departments for filing, billing, and purchase orders. 

  • Follow up on past-due accounts and ensure credits comply with quality procedures. 

  • Record quality complaints in the system and track resolutions. 

  • Prepare product masters with detailed specifications. 

  • Maintain stock inventory for key customers, purchasing goods for replenishment as needed. 

  • Respond to requests from customers, sales reps, and service reps. 

  • Identify potential process issues before releasing orders to production. 

  • Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
