Kelly Services is hiring a Contact Center Customer Service Representative II in Farmington, CT!
If you thrive in a fast-paced contact center environment and enjoy helping customers through clear, professional communication, this role puts you at the center of daily service operations. You'll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, support order and quote processing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service. The position begins fully on-site for training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while building rapport with internal and external customers
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions
- Enter quotes, orders, and service requests with precision and efficiency
- Provide order status updates, tracking information, and general account support
- Utilize SAP and other CRM systems to process and document customer requests
- Follow established communication procedures, policies, and service standards
- Meet customer service performance targets, including order entry accuracy
- Partner with internal departments to resolve customer needs
- Support miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
What You'll Bring
- Previous customer service experience required (call center experience strongly preferred)
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Patient, diplomatic communication style with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or CRM experience required
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
- $19.00–$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Long-Term Temp with potential for hire based on performance
- Hybrid schedule after training: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
