  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

  • Note: Candidate must be fully cleared prior to start

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative III? You will:
  • Serve as a primary contact for customers, providing professional order-management and support for the sales team

  • Enter and verify orders accurately and promptly in the CRM/ERP system

  • Track and report sales vs. projections, preparing daily and monthly performance reports

  • Investigate and resolve order/inventory issues, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain and update customer records, profiles, and order history

  • Communicate customer complaints or inquiries to the appropriate departments, including issuing credits when appropriate

  • Support additional customer service functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Meet or exceed site metrics related to productivity, accuracy, and response times

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

  • 6 months to 5 years of customer service and/or order-entry experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with CRM or ERP systems

  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email), attention to detail, and strong organizational ability

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with reliable attendance

Success Metrics:
  • Order entry accuracy: ? 99%

  • On-time resolution of customer inquiries (e.g., 90% within 24 hours)

  • Timely and accurate monthly reporting
