Pay Rate: $18/hour
Location: 100% Remote

- Respond to member and provider calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues

- Research and resolve customer questions within set SLAs
- Record calls in CRM, maintain proper documentation
- Make outbound follow-up calls
- Help callers with online applications
- Adhere to privacy rules and company schedules
- Complete all required training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Internet speed: 60mbps download / 6mbps upload (proof required)
- Experienced with computer software, CRM tools, and call center technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
