Pay Rate: $18/hour
Location: 100% Remote

What you'll do:

• Respond to member and provider calls, troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Answer calls using an automated system, escalate when necessary
• Research and resolve customer questions within set SLAs
• Record calls in CRM, maintain proper documentation
• Make outbound follow-up calls
• Help callers with online applications
• Adhere to privacy rules and company schedules
• Complete all required training

What makes you a great fit:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Internet speed: 60mbps download / 6mbps upload (proof required)
• Experienced with computer software, CRM tools, and call center technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
