Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Compensation:

• $19/hour

Kelly is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-office position in Farmington, CT. This role will provide support to our Customer Service Spare Parts/Service/Applications lines, primarily through email and internal systems.
Responsibilities:

• Manage the Customer Service inbox, responding to inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to order status, tracking, POs, and more.
• Process quotes for parts and provide accurate information on delivery and invoices.
• Handle requests for software downloads and shipping, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Utilize internal systems such as Halo and SAP (or similar ERP) for order management and tracking.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with ticketing systems and ERP software.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
