What's a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You'll be:
- Answering phones and managing inquiries in a helpful and professional manner, reporting to the Customer Support Manager.
- Coordinating with branch staff, clients, clinicians, and caregivers to ensure smooth order management and completion of work orders.
- Assisting in data entry, clerical support tasks, and physical inventory management, including accepting delivery of goods as necessary.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
