Customer Service Representative
Location: Germantown, TN (On-site)
Pay: $20–$22/hour

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Schedule: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Answering high-volume inbound calls (30-55 a day) and assisting patients with orders
• Placing and tracking supply orders using internal systems
• Place and track supply orders through fax, electronic platforms, and order entry tools
• Make outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales contacts as needed
• Troubleshoot customer issues using internal systems and resources
• Resolving issues quickly and meeting performance goals

This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
• Use Multiple computer screens
• Have 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
• Are skilled in Microsoft Office and can learn new systems easily
• Communicate clearly and enjoy helping others
• (Bonus) Speak both English and Spanish
