Customer Service Representative
Location: Germantown, TN (On-site)
Pay: $20–$22/hour
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Schedule: Temp-to-hire

What You'll Be Doing:
- Answering high-volume inbound calls (30-55 a day) and assisting patients with orders
- Placing and tracking supply orders using internal systems
- Place and track supply orders through fax, electronic platforms, and order entry tools
- Make outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales contacts as needed
- Troubleshoot customer issues using internal systems and resources
- Resolving issues quickly and meeting performance goals
This Job Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Use Multiple computer screens
- Have 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Are skilled in Microsoft Office and can learn new systems easily
- Communicate clearly and enjoy helping others
- (Bonus) Speak both English and Spanish
