Description

Kelly Services is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Rep to join an elite Team in Greensboro, NC . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries related to breakdown assistance, case management, and connected vehicle monitoring. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $22 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of low-complexity inquiries, including product and pricing information, billing issues, and warranties.
  • Utilize pre-determined scripts and response guidance tools to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Recommend alternative products or services, such as warranties, as part of issue resolution..
  • Gather and provide regular feedback on supported products and services to management and developers.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base to address recurring questions and concerns, preventing escalations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in using digital communication technologies and customer support tools.
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
