Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.78/hour
*Retention bonus at 3 months of employment and an additional bonus after successful completion of assignment. These will be $1,000 each.**

What's a typical day as Customer Support Representative II? You'll be:
- Providing front-line technical support and solutions to customers regarding product-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, optimizing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Documenting each interaction effectively while assisting customers with general product questions, warranty registration, and parts lookups.
- Handling calls related to Agriculture, Residential and Commercial Turf, and Golf product issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 6 months of customer service/support experience, with strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities and are proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Are comfortable working support hours and occasionally on holidays to meet business needs.
- (Preferred) Have knowledge of agriculture, turf (mowers), and utility vehicles, along with prior experience in Agriculture or Technology dealer channels.
- (Preferred) Hold a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
