Role Responsibilities:

Adhere to standard procedural guidelines for all assigned tasks.

Perform key responsibilities including logging and processing checks, handling documents, managing CLEAR queues, and facilitating communication with insurance carriers through both outbound and inbound calls.

Provide support and backup as necessary to meet client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Undertake additional duties or projects as required based on business needs.

Operate under immediate supervision, with an initial focus on basic and routine tasks. As experience grows, tasks may increase in complexity and become less routine.

Work within a multi-client or multi-functional environment, handling various tasks and responsibilities.

Research and resolve issues related to items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks.

Follow client-specific policies and procedures meticulously.

Complete assignments with short notice and adapt to varying durations as directed by management.

Utilize client and company proprietary applications efficiently.

Demonstrate strong technical knowledge and maintain high-quality performance standards.

Exhibit reliability in attendance, teamwork, and contribute positively to organizational goals.
