Kelly Services is hiring a Data Examiner II to support the State of Arizona in Phoenix, AZ (85020). This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy structured, document-focused work in a public service environment.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 50 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Contract: February 16, 2026 – February 1, 2027

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review documents and applications for accuracy and completeness

  • Prepare eligibility-related documents in accordance with program requirements

  • Barcode, scan, index, and upload documents into the FAA Document Management System (OnBase) and/or HEAPlus system

  • Validate that documents are scanned and indexed under the correct eligibility type

  • Send appropriate notices and email communications to applicants or stakeholders

  • Update and correct mailing addresses in internal systems

  • Document, scan, sort, and validate returned mail

  • Research returned mail issues and refer them to the appropriate individual or department

  • Follow established administrative, office, and unit guidelines and procedures

  • Coordinate translation services or bilingual staff support when required

Qualifications:
  • Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Adaptability to changing environments and new technologies

  • Ability to compile data and complete reports accurately and on time

Preferred Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace

  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures

  • Experience operating terminal computers to input data and review case records
