Job Title: Deburrer/General Laborer
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time Contract Position 

Position Overview:
A skilled Deburrer/General Laborer is needed to support large parts machining operations. This role focuses heavily on deburring, cleaning, and finishing large machined components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before final assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deburr machined parts using hand tools, grinders, and other equipment to remove sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections

  • Clean and paint parts after deburring to prepare them for assembly

  • Inspect finished parts for surface quality and dimensional accuracy

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards

  • Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

  • Accurately document work processes, inspections, and any issues encountered

  • Work cooperatively with team members to meet production and quality goals

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing or machining environments

  • Strong proficiency in using deburring tools, grinders, and inspection equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic blueprints

  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as gauges and micrometers

  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when working with part surfaces and edges

  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality in every task

  • Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude
