Direct Hire QA Technician
Location: Odenton, MD
1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday 
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

Kelly has partnered with a premier company seeking a QA Technician to join their team! 
The Quality Assurance Technician ensures all finished products meet quality standards before shipment. This role involves collaborating with the engineering team to establish specifications for new products, monitoring production quality, and approving customer shipments.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review quality and manufacturing data daily and report issues to management.
• Process and evaluate nonconforming materials for corrective actions.
• Manage monthly sessions for Root Cause Analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams for improvements.
• Work with the New Product Introduction team to implement quality standards.
• Perform First Article Inspections to ensure compliance.
• Ensure inspection equipment is calibrated and functional.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a role demonstrating advanced technical competencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in quality assurance or manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or another language).
• Experience with QMS for documenting product quality.
• Customer interface experience to resolve quality issues.
