 Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Dock Clerk, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes. Located in a bustling environment, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of our dock operations. With a pay rate of $20.00/hr, you will be responsible for accurately completing shipping and receiving documents while communicating effectively with customers. We offer flexible shifts, including a Day Shift starting around 8:30 AM and a Swing Shift starting around 12:30 PM.

Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Lynden, WA
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
- Shift: Day Shift: Swing Shift (12:30 PM)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Manager to establish daily operational standards for the Dock Office.
- Review orders and records to ensure accuracy and accountability for all loads.
- Assist in tracking any missing or delayed shipments.
- Inform the supervisor of any issues with drivers or loads and assist in resolving those issues.
- Work alongside Customer Service Representatives to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date computer records; run daily inventory reports.
- Uphold security procedures at the dock.
- Promote a safe and positive work environment through personal actions.
- Identify safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry.
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle issues promptly.
