Description

Document Administrator Specialist

  • Plans, implements, and maintains hardcopy and electronic DMS
  • Maintain Document Tracking Master workbook; used for document reviews and contains list of all electronic, hardcopy, external, archived and deleted documents
  • Perform annual record retention for hardcopy and electronic records per MEGlobal's Record Retention guidelines
  • Perform annual hardcopy and electronic section owner reviews
  • Coordinate Annual Procedure Certification Sign Off for Operations and Maintenance Leader
  • Determine and administer SharePoint permissions
  • Act as focal point for document review process and document formatting
  • Work with ODMS Coordinator to ensure conformance of ODMS elements
  • Work with ODMS 5.03.03 Document and Records Management Element Focal Point
  • Provide Document & Records Management input for annual Management System Review
  • Coordinate document slotting and movement for created or modified documentation
  • Provide training and coaching on DMS to Section Owners and Users
  • Participate in audits and self-assessments, as appropriate
  • Add/Remove/Modify documents in SharePoint with direction from document owner or section owner
  • Communicate DMS updates to department, as necessary
  • Act as document review focal point for all MOC's (Management of Change) involving document changes, and complete any assigned action items
Work with Canadian counterparts on DMS projects
