Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Document/Data Admin Assistant for a long-term contract position with one of our global industry partners in St. Louis, MO. SUMMARY The Document Control Specialist will support the Regulatory Affairs team by managing documentation and data workflows that are critical to regulatory compliance. This role will initially focus on organizing and filing physical regulatory documents, with a rapid transition to digital systems and tools. The ideal candidate brings a science-based background, thrives on precision, and enjoys working with both hard copy and digital data systems.
This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a structured but collaborative environment. DETAILS Target Pay: $25-28/hour
Location: Creve Coeur, MO
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, file, and maintain hard copy regulatory documents according to SOPs and compliance guidelines
- Digitize and archive physical records into document management systems with accuracy and timeliness
- Support document version control, metadata entry, and audit-readiness
- Maintain regulatory trackers and databases used for submissions and compliance
- Collaborate with Regulatory Specialists on formatting and preparing submission-ready documents
- Conduct quality checks to ensure completeness and consistency of documentation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for document and data collection
- Handle confidential data in a secure and professional manner
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Scientific discipline strongly preferred (e.g., biology, chemistry, environmental science)
- Prior experience in a scientific, regulated, or documentation-heavy environment is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Veeva, or similar)
- Excellent organizational and data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to evolving digital tools and systems
- Dependable and consistent work ethic
- High level of accuracy and accountability
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
