Quality Assurance Document Coordinator 
Location: West Chester, OH
Shift: 8:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Pay: $24 per hour

What's a typical day as a Quality Assurance Document Coordinator? You'll be:
• Filing and maintaining archived records and documentation.
• Performing data entry.
• Assisting customers with the review of archived GxP records.
• Issuing GxP documentation for production areas.
• Guiding others on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), control documents, and work instructions.
• Writing, reviewing, and/or revising SOPs for maintenance of area equipment, systems, and processes.
• Monitoring records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing completed documentation for quality, completeness, and cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have knowledge of cGMP concepts.
• Have strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal departments and outside contractors.
• Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Are a high school graduate, vocational school graduate, or equivalent.
• Have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including experience in data and documentation management (preferred).
• Have proficiency in MS Office applications and data management applications such as EDMS, LIMS, and SAP (preferred).
• Have demonstrated expertise in IS/IT management and data management and manipulation (preferred).
