Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Program Strategist – Education Program Specialist supporting the Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) at the Arizona State Hospital (ASH) in Phoenix, AZ.
• Pay Rate: $24.61 per hour
• Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid role)
• Schedule: As Needed — Only 1–5 hours per month
• Employment Type: 1-year assignment
• Shift: Day shift
• Provide oversight, guidance, and support for Special Education Services at ASH
• Review educational records for patients under 22 to determine special education eligibility
• Conduct educational interviews, evaluations, and assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in alignment with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) requirements
• Prepare curriculum, set educational goals, and monitor student progress
• Participate in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team
• Support and advise teaching staff as needed
• Maintain educational documentation and ensure compliance with ADE (Arizona Department of Education) and federal standards
• Be available 1–5 hours per month for guidance, planning, and consultation
• Teaching Certification in Special Education
• A Master's Degree
• Experience providing, screening, and evaluating Special Education Services
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills
