We're seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work at a premier manufacturing facility in Georgetown, KY. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
12-hour shifts, 7:00 - 7:20, 4 days week one, 3 days week two
Overtime paid at time and a half after 36 hours in one week and after 40 the following
Shift Differential: additional pay of $3.00 for all hours worked between 11pm – 7:20am and $0.30 cents for all hours worked between 3pm – 11:20pm
Pay Range:$32-$38/hr

What's a typical day as an Electrical Maintenance Technician? You'll be:
• Installing, testing, repairing, and maintaining plant production machinery, support equipment, building, and other systems throughout the site to maintain optimum operating conditions and plant productivity.
• Reporting to and assisting with both electrical and mechanical issues.
• Testing and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment or systems.
• Fabricating and machining components to repair jigs, fixtures, and parts.
• Writing, programming, troubleshooting, modifying, and/or repairing programmable logic controllers, CNC machines, robotics, and other electronic equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and machine components.
• Performing basic administrative skills including documentation of work performed.
• Problem-solving and continuously improving safety, quality, and productivity.
• Troubleshooting and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic issues on production equipment.
• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals, work orders, schematics, and blueprints.
• Participating in and successfully completing training to increase job-related trade skills.
• Assisting in training maintenance employees in equipment repair and regular servicing.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
• Possess technical knowledge and skills in PLC's, computers & information technology, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motion/motor control, welding, and machining.
• Can effectively and safely use hand tools and power tools.
• Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excel in communication and teamwork.
• Are available to work any shift, including overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
