Position Available: Electronics Diagnostic Technician
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Diagnostic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in diagnosing and repairing electronic circuit board assemblies with a focus on powered functional test failures. Your role involves conducting repairs and maintaining minimal quantities of engineering holds, utilizing electronic test and measurement equipment proficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electronic issues at a component level, involving power, traffic, or network concerns.
  • Utilize assembly documentation efficiently, including schematics, BOMs, and EC documents.
  • Collaborate with Test Engineering to enhance diagnostic efficiency.
  • Comprehend and adhere to production requirements, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Participate actively in team efforts to meet departmental goals.
  • Maintain compliance with company security policies.
Qualifications:
  • Strong mathematical skills, including probability, plane, and solid geometry.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software and Jabil packages.
  • Capability to present information effectively and resolve inquiries.
  • Problem-solving skills to define issues, collect data, and draw conclusions.
  • Basic electronic components knowledge and digital/analog electronics expertise.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and use test equipment like multimeters and Hipots.
  • Comfortable working in high-voltage environments.
  • Experience in Python is a plus.
  • Availability for shift work; position is 100% on-site.
