Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with a background in mechanical engineering and a preferred experience in the semiconductor industry. This role requires expertise in coaching and guiding engineering teams, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.
- Utilize your mechanical engineering expertise to oversee technical projects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop their technical skills, enhancing their career growth and performance.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, particularly in semiconductor technologies, and integrate relevant innovations into the team's work.
- Facilitate the personal and professional development of team members through regular feedback and training sessions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience working in the semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
- Strong background in leading and coaching engineering teams.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities.
