Pay Rate: $23.75/HR
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

What's a typical day as an Environmental Health & Safety Associate You'll be:
• Managing the CTC Management of Change Process, including agenda management, meeting coordination, note-taking, action plan identification, risk assessment support, and project closure.
• Providing general support for the HSE team, such as creating and managing Purchase Orders, supporting PPE purchase program, completing risk assessments, performing data analysis, preparing presentations, and managing programs.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Hold a College, University, or equivalent degree in Industrial Safety or a related field (preferred).
• Have previous administrative experience and the ability to take good notes and follow up.
• Are well-organized, a self-starter, and detail-oriented.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are comfortable using electronic tools and programs, including Excel, Corporate MOC SharePoint Tool, Enablon, PowerPoint, and other HSE electronic programs and tools.
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
