Overview

This client is Global Biopharmaceutical companywhose mission is to discover, develop and deliver innovative medicines that help patients prevail over serious diseases.

In this role you'll be responsible and accountable for the reliability activities related to the site's State of Good Repair (SGR) program, including comprehensive reliability assessments for utilities, facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to systematically achieve the adequate maintenance practices to meet customer priorities and comply with Financial and Regulatory policies and goals.

Schedule: 1st Shift (8:00am to 5:00pm) - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts and lead the State of Good Repair (SGR) Analysis to company Site utilities, facilities, equipment and infrastructure providing site with a data and criteria-based method to forecast asset (equipment, systems, resources) remediation needs and prioritize actions to ensure optimal asset performance in support of overall business goals.
  • Conducts and lead Asset Management program health check including execution of 30-60-90 mitigations plans/activities.
  • Provide Capital Planning Proposals Guidance and Maintenance Strategy Proposals.
  • Improvements on PM and PDM activities, Critical Spare Parts identification/Acquisition, Small Overhaul.
  • Maintains a list of site critical equipment based in business continuity and cGMPs.
  • Improves reliability of the systems, equipment and operations by utilizing analytical, statistical tools and instrumentation.
  • Develops, prioritize and accomplish equipment reliability goals based on manufacturing strategies and/or market needs.
  • Conducts and/or reviews and approves failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to ensure proper maintenance tasks and intervals are established for all equipment in the RCM program in order to achieve the desired reliability.
  • Develops and/or approves equipment specifications and acceptance tests, and maintenance procedures for new and/or rebuilt equipment that is installed and maintained in order to ensure maximum value and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least five (5) years experience in Maintenance related field in a Pharmaceutical Industry and a minimum of two (2) years experience in the equipment reliability within a parenteral manufacturing facility.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in CMMS and IBM Maximo
  • Experience with Predictive Technologies, Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode & Effect Analysis.
