$40.00 per hour (negotiable)

About the Role
Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to a dynamic leader in Morristown, NJ. This hybrid position (with up to 2 days per week in-office) is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and excels at keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll play a key role in organizing daily activities, managing complex calendars, documenting processes, and supporting special projects. The right candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for senior leadership.
- Organize and prioritize emails, tasks, and project timelines.
- Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other documentation.
- Assist in documenting processes and procedures for internal workflows.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide administrative and project management support as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Project Coordinator supporting senior leadership.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to pivot quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
