Description

Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to manage daily office operations, administrative tasks, and HR functions for a Law Firm in Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position will oversee HR tasks, manage employee records, and ensure the smooth coordination of office operations with both staff and leadership.
  • Manage daily office operations, including acting as the receptionist, secretary, and general office manager.
  • Oversee HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate employee records, and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Coordinate with staff and leadership to promote efficient office operations.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and equipped to meet team needs.
  • 3-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of office management and HR processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, legal studies, or communications) a plus
  • Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with both leadership and staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software is a plus.
  • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
  • Hybrid schedule 2 days in office and 3 days remote/ Monday-Friday
