Pay - $31.39 per hr

Job Description

Administrative Coordinator - Part-time

Administrative support for two Vice-Presidents in Global Epidemiology, Innovative Medicine
• Manage calendars, including scheduling recurring meetings with direct reports and other department meetings as needed.
• Plan, schedule and organize Global Epidemiology activities, including Department meetings.
• Manage travel and expense reporting in Concur. Support Wrike (study tracking / project management program) entries for regulatory engagement
• Review Wrike project dashboard weekly for regulatory engagement entries by study owners.
• Work with study owners to maintain up-to-date activity information including start and end dates.

Other Responsibilities:
• Schedule interviews and related activities for job applicants.
• Assist Epidemiology team members with ordering office supplies.
• Serve as a back-up for creation and management of Global Epidemiology distribution lists
• Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Must have the ability to clearly and precisely communicate with all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrate an agile mindset in an ever-changing and fast paced environment.
• Fosters a sense of urgency and collaboration with other J&J organizations (e.g. scientists, project managers, legal, Health Care Compliance, procurement).
• Must be able to work effectively independently and in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)

Top Three Skills: MS Office proficient, TEAMS / document experience, experience working with senior leadership
