Position Summary:
This Executive Assistant position includes function specific duties such as working on advanced department projects and events, coordination and planning of event logistics, compiling and analyzing data; creating reports, providing information regarding function specific policies & procedures for applied use by management. The position requires initiative and the use of good judgment and discretion, independent assessment, and resolution of complex situations/problems. Pay Rate: $45 Hourly (depending on skills assessment test)

Job Responsibilities/ Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages calendar, expenses, and daily activities.
- Prepares agendas and materials for executive and programs meetings.
- Coordinates and assists in developing associated business reports and prepares presentations.
- Coordinates functional needs in project coordination Independently organize large internal onsite/offsite department or cross functional meetings and events.
- Communicates with internal/external partners at all levels of the organization.
- Gathers and analyzes data as requested by management.
- Creates and submits reports as well.
- Provides analysis and recommendations to management.
- Summarizes, compiles and prepares publication of project results for management.
- Handles department work process with minimal or no management initiation or review.
- Aid team leaders in tracking project status and following up with task owners.
- Provides status updates of schedule and critical path during team meetings and creating outputs to be used in meetings with management.
- Handles confidential, matters requiring discretion and judgment.
- Coordinates department employees hiring, training and on boarding.
- Supports the project team in the creation and reconciliation of purchase order requisitions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of an Associate degree is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of executive-level administrative experience is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- Outlook MS Office, other software knowledge for processing invoices and payments a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Capable of interacting with senior leaders, senior-level business partners, and staff from regions throughout the world are required
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion, independently assess and resolve complex situations and shift priorities as the need arises is required.
- Demonstrate flexibility while maintaining a sense of urgency is required.
- Models positive, proactive, can-do attitude and Credo Values are required.

- Position may require coordination of and attendance at events outside normal business hours.
