EXPERIENCED PUNCH PRESS SET-UP & OPERATOR
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (First Shift)
Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and run high-speed metal stamping punch presses.
  • Perform visual inspections and measure products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Handle press setup and die tooling changes.
  • Label and package finished products and enter production data into SAP software.
  • Operate forklifts and handle materials as needed.
  • Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of operating Bruderer and Minster punch presses (30 to 60 tons) and working with thin gauge materials.
  • Ability to use precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
  • Basic math and computer skills, including experience with SAP software.
  • Experience with in-line measurement and vision systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work overtime if needed.
