Pay Rate: $28.50 - $30 / hr
Hours: 6 am - 2:30 pm / 3 pm - 11:30 pm
(must be flexible to work both shifts as needed)

What's a typical day as an Expert Mechanic? You'll be:
- Assembling, disassembling, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing production and prototype transmissions and electrification units, following detailed build books and repair manuals.
- Utilizing the Ford WORQ system and Microsoft Outlook to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
- Performing both garage and bench work, including transmission removal, reinstallation, and electrification unit teardown and rebuild.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 10+ years of mechanical experience and 9+ years in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of vehicle systems.
- Hold ASE Master Mechanic Certifications (preferred)
- Hold at least a High School Diploma/GED - prefer Associate's degree in automotive technology
- Possess a valid driver's license in good standing and are able to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Have your own rolling toolbox with tools
- Have knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, fuel emission, brake systems, steering, hydraulics, and clutches.
- Have EV/hybrid/high voltage experience
- Able to read blueprints / build by the book
