What's a typical day as an Export Coordinator? You'll be:
• Coordinating and ensuring timely bookings on behalf of customers while working as part of a team to deliver satisfaction in exports for all accounts.
• Preparing, controlling, and distributing all required export documents to counterparts, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
• Continuously monitoring shipments from the point of receipt through to delivery, including tracking and tracing to anticipate and communicate potential delays.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field (preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience in export coordination or logistics.
• Are fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Possess excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, targeted environment.
