Salario/Tasa de Pago/Compensacion:
$11.00 por hora
Por que deberias postularte para ser un Facilitador de Help Desk Nivel 1:
• Tasa de pago competitiva de $11.00 por hora y se paga millaje.
• Trabaja en un ambiente de apoyo que valora el trabajo en equipo y el servicio al cliente.
• Obten experiencia valiosa en el manejo de equipos de fotocopiado, impresoras y escaneres.
• Disfruta de un horario de trabajo estructurado de 8 AM a 5 PM con un periodo de almuerzo de una hora.
¿Como es un dia tipico como Facilitador de Help Desk Nivel 1? Seras:
• Responsable de la gestion de inventario de suministros y lectura de medidores para equipos de suministro de papel.
• Coordinando la eliminacion, instalacion y capacitacion de equipos para asegurar operaciones fluidas.
• Proporcionando informes y atendiendo llamadas de servicio para soporte de Nivel 1, cumpliendo con las demandas diarias de los clientes y resolviendo problemas basicos de equipos.
Este trabajo podria ser una excelente opcion si tu:
• Tienes experiencia en soporte de help desk y conocimiento de equipos de fotocopiado, impresoras y escaneres.
• Tienes vehiculo confiable y licencia de conducir de PR vigente
• Posees habilidades de comunicacion solidas y la capacidad de coordinar con Soporte Técnico de IT cuando sea necesario.
