Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $26.89 per hour

- Building partitions, making drywall repairs, and handling various structural maintenance tasks
- Troubleshooting and fixing faulty electrical switches, HVAC units, lighting, and unclogging drains
- Scheduling, directing, and overseeing outside contractors for repairs or upgrades
- Obtaining supplies and repair parts from distributors or store rooms
- Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently
- Are capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor
- Have experience using power and hand tools
- Can work independently after receiving training
- Possess good reading comprehension and the ability to interpret service manuals
- Are computer literate and can manage work orders and time sheets digitally
- Have technical and mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities and can make smart decisions in unexpected situations
