Job Duration: 6+ Month
Shift: 8:30am-5pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Description:
Brandywine is seeking someone with experience reviewing and handling documents to assist the Mail file Team's efforts to electronically index, pack and send materials to their offsite storage vendor.
Job Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision reviews documents and provide indexing information to enter electronic system for offsite identification and retrieval
Retrieve documents and folders and prepare for indexing and shipment
Pack boxes of reviewed material and follow procedures to prepare for shipment to offsite storage
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication
Respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties

Education/Experience:
Strong Computer skills with the ability to learn quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to review documents and determine relevant information needed for indexing
Prior experience as a paralegal or file assistant a plus, but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with occasionally moving and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
