Kelly is looking for a skilled and driven Financial Analyst II to support a leading project in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico. If you're looking to grow your career in accounting and finance, and thrive in a dynamic, manufacturing-focused environment, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:

• Perform month-end closing, inventory reconciliations, and manufacturing variance analysis
• Maintain inventory cycle counts and ensure corporate compliance
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support audits and intercompany tax billing
• Ensure all financial processes are accurate and compliant

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting preferred)
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience (minimum 1 year in manufacturing)
• SAP & advanced Excel skills required
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Full-time availability, onsite in Barceloneta – remote work not available
