Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $28-$30/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: Onsite in Schenectady, NY

What's a typical day as a Finance Purchasing Analyst? You'll be:
• Creating, editing, and receiving purchase orders and invoices using Oracle or a similar purchasing system
• Reconciling and auditing invoices to ensure accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for financial operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have experience using Oracle or a similar purchasing system to create, edit, and receive purchase orders and invoices (required)
• Have experience with reconciliation or auditing of invoices (required)
• Possess strong customer service skills, strict attention to detail, and a high degree of organization (required)
• Have proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (required)
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations (preferred)
