Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Forklift Drivers in Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730. Join our team as a Forklift Operator in Rock Hill, SC! We are looking for dedicated individuals to assist in our manufacturing operations. This position involves operating sit-down forklifts and packaging materials for business-to-business clients. Experience in a chemical plant is a plus, but familiarity with general manufacturing or warehouse environments is sufficient.
 
Shift:

• 7am – 7pm
• 2-2-3 Schedule

 
Pay Rate:

• $18/hr

 
Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730
 
Forklift Driver Duties:

• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Package pellets used in various consumer goods, such as automotive interiors and plastic products.
• Maintain accurate quantity counts and adhere to production schedules.
• Lift and move materials, adhering to the 55 lbs lifting requirement throughout the shift (assistance available for heavier items).
• Utilize a stopwatch and read an analog clock for timing tasks.

 
 Forklift Driver Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of 3 year of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in a chemical plant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with general manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Valid forklift operator certification (preferred).
