Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced forklift operator to join our distribution center team in Rincon, GA. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Rincon, GA
- Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
- Shift: 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, store, replenish, order pull, and load flooring products while adhering to safety, productivity, and quality guidelines
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
- Operate a sit-down forklift, EPJ, and other equipment as needed for various tasks
- Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on equipment
- Load and unload pallets of merchandise
- Move goods around the storage facility and stack goods in designated storage bays
- Stencil, tag, or mark orders as instructed
- Check pallets are securely wrapped and stack empty pallets
- Examine products for quality and quantity control
- Promote a safe work environment by following safety procedures
- Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
- Work accurately, timely, and safely using an RF scanner gun

Qualifications & Skills:
Knowledge:
- Ability to read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly
- Understanding of safety procedures and regulations (OSHA and SDS Standards)
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles
- Basic knowledge of operating equipment (forklift, EPJ, radio frequency equipment)

Experience:
- Experience operating a forklift, EPJ, and radio frequency equipment safely and efficiently
- Experience following directions carefully and completing tasks accurately
- Experience stacking and loading goods safely and efficiently
- Experience picking and packing orders accurately
- Experience with minor equipment maintenance

Education/Certification(s):
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Note: Evening, weekend tasks, calls, or work input may be required on occasion due to the nature of the role and subject to business needs. The work environment is primarily indoors in a warehouse setting with occasional exposure to seasonal weather conditions. Physical demands include walking, lifting, standing, and the ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
