Now Hiring: Material Handler – B Shift
? Location: Rochester, NY
? Pay: $18.50 – $19.50/hour (Based on Experience)

Join a growing printing and packaging team where your experience in inventory, receiving, and material movement will play a vital role in daily operations. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler ready to support production and logistics functions on B Shift.
Schedule:

Training: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (A Shift for first 2 weeks)

Regular Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (B Shift)

Mandatory overtime may be required during peak production periods
Key Responsibilities:
-
Perform cycle counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy
-
Handle receiving tasks, including verifying shipments and updating inventory systems
-
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials between departments
-
Pull, stage, and deliver materials to support active production lines

Label, document, and store materials in accordance with company standards

Assist with shipping, loading, and general warehouse duties

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of experience in material handling, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
-
Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, and receiving procedures
-
Forklift experience required (certification preferred, or ability to obtain)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions

Comfortable in a manufacturing or print production environment

High School Diploma or GED preferred
-
Must be reliable, adaptable, and able to complete required training on A Shift before moving to B Shift
