Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Livonia, MI
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Livonia, MI. This position plays a key role in daily warehouse operations, including loading/unloading trucks, packing and labeling parts, and managing inventory using the PLEX system. The ideal candidate must have prior Hi-Lo (forklift) experience and be proficient with basic computer use and data entry.
Key Responsibilities

  • Safely load and unload boxes and parts from trucks
  • Move materials within the warehouse to designated locations
  • Follow all work instructions and packaging requirements
  • Pack parts and label boxes accurately according to specifications
  • Enter production and material location data into the PLEX system
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Ensure material is stored properly for efficient access and flow
RequirementsExperience & Skills
  • Prior experience operating Hi-Lo (forklift) equipment
  • Ability to read and follow basic work instructions and packaging guidelines
  • Must be computer literate and able to input data into the PLEX system
  • Capable of lifting and handling boxes up to 32 lbs
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Follows safety procedures and maintains a team-oriented attitude
  • Communicates effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
