• Contract length to start is 3 months, however the intention is long term and to be extended beyond (in person work)
• Work schedule: M-F 7:00am/7:30am - 4:00pm

What's a typical day as a Fraud Prevention Analyst You'll be:
• Reviewing suspicious activity/exception reports and in-clearing check queues to identify fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Conducting routine phone interviews and participating in more complex interviews with experienced analysts.
• Making independent decisions to continue or terminate account relationships.
• Taking appropriate action steps to protect the company's assets and minimize losses.
• Accurately documenting all investigative steps and case financial information.
• Identifying and submitting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Management Notifications in a timely manner.
• Interacting with business units, customers, and outside agencies to confirm and communicate fraud situations.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Have a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are able to work independently and make decisions.
