Are you a highly organized and personable individual with a knack for multitasking? We're seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant to be the central point of contact and provide crucial support to our client in Forest Lake, MN. Pay: $20.50 - $25.00/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4 PM
Location: Forest Lake, MN
Contract assignment lasting 3-4 months
 
What You'll Do as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant:
• Front desk receptionist and main phone system coverage.
• Manage visitor requests, conference rooms, building access, and related communication.
• Scan and load work orders and material staging reports into ERP System
• Provide executive level administrative support
• Create Power Point Slides for company events such as cookouts, blood drives, etc.
• Overall responsibility for office supplies, refreshments, and related expenses.
• Open and distribute incoming mail
 
What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of professional administrative support and front desk receptionist work experience.
• Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Strong sense of urgency and adaptable to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to support multiple individuals with limited supervision.
• Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor
 
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, and perform physical tasks within the office and shop areas
• Ability to lift 10 lbs.
 
Protective Clothing: Eye/ear protection and closed-toe/slip-resistant shoes required in designated areas.
